Pulse

A periodic breathe of opacity and scale on any pattern.

Pulse makes any pattern breathe: it dips opacity and scale once per period seconds. Use it for a gentle "waiting" feel on patterns that are otherwise still, or bind pulse.strength to a value so the breathing deepens as it rises.

Cost and low power

Free to draw: it scales and fades what's already there. Sheddable in low power (disable: ["pulse"]).

The period is in real seconds on every pattern, whatever the pattern's own speed.

Props

A periodic breathe of opacity and scale on any pattern. In an FX Spec: /materials/pulse. Off until pulse.strength is above 0.
