Holographic

A foil hue sweep over the pattern's own shading.

Holographic recolours every element with an iridescent sweep that shifts with depth and with a slowly circling view point, like a foil card tilting in your hand. It keeps each element's lightness, so the pattern's shading survives.

Cost and low power

Free: it only recolours. There's nothing to shed, so it isn't sheddable (and disable: ["holographic"] is an error that says so).

speed is turns per second of the sweep, in real time. Strokes sweep colour along their length.

Props

A foil hue sweep over each element's own lightness. In an FX Spec: /materials/holographic. Off until holographic.strength is above 0.
